The SmartLibrary provides a feedback form to help channel improvement of the workings of your process and materials. Feedback helps to create full participation by users for a self-learning, self-correcting organisation. The feedback form is simple, allowing the users to communicate their findings back to the Process Improvement Manager(s).


In order to help channel your PIM work priorities the form has a two classification fields. These appear in the email which is sent to you. To channel your work load it is advisable that you have a separate email address for your PIM role.



The feedback system will email you the feedback, and based on parameters set by the users (shown below) creates the subject line in such a way that you can filter and prioritise the feedback in an automated way.



Of course the system provides responses on the success of actions, as shown here
